One video file per person (any camera — iPhone is the sweet spot) plus optional separate audio tracks. Different lengths and start times are fine; PodlyBot aligns everything by waveform. Remote recordings from Zoom or Riverside work too.
The transcript is diarized — every word is tagged with who said it and when. The cut planner turns that into camera decisions: hold on the speaker, cut to reactions, punch in when a point lands. You can review the full cut plan before render, or skip straight to the finished file.
